New Royal Neighbors Rates

5 Star isn't very hard to deal with and they pay on issue. They just sent out an announcement today saying they are going to daily pay.

So who will replace them as a top carrier?

Is 5 star as easy to deal with as RNA?
Does 5 Star pay on issue or on draft?

5 Star is OK. Good rates and more lax underwriting than RNA. As long as things go OK then 5 Star is good. Administratively they are much more difficult than RNA, if that's possible?

5 Star pays on issue. And they used to advance 100%. I don't know if they still do that.

They are changing to daily pay and I believe that will be a huge problem for them to work through. They might as well not have a website now as difficult as it is to work with.

They take the Direct Express so that's a huge plus in their favor. The call chewers and dippers non tobacco.

They will also direct monthly bill. They do manymore things right than wrong but their wrong stuff is way wrong.

I go as earned anyway I would never take 100% advance I started with 9 then moved to 6 then 3 month advance then went as earned a 100% advance is crazy

I haven't seen 5-Star med list but they have a question about diabetic neuropathy(sp) so metformin or other diabetic pill and lyrica the policy is going to be graded(or that's what I got with other companies with similar questions). RNA doesn't ask that neither does Monumental(and they take coreg for bp).

i compared old to new

age 53 male for 15K

now 45.66 and if your lucky to wait it's 61.25

25% increase.....

holy crap :swoon:

I bet they send out another correction

I think they dont like Adam at FEQ.....

CORRECTION.... That's over a 30% increase!!

Guess I won't be making RNA's trip this yr either.

I have an appt Fri, do the new rates start Fri or do the old rates end Fri?

Americo asks about neuropathy & complications with diabetes too.... Anytime the client has some issues with that, I wouldn't use Americo, so if 5Star asks, u might wanna use a diff carrier.

5 Star doesn't have a drug list and they don't do an Rx check.
