Non commissionable PDPs

Anyone know someone very high up at fmo or cms to alert them of the firestorm coming with millions of seniors being abandoned? If so, tell them they need to allow agents to charge fees for pdp service!!! Pass some new rule asap

They know... several partners in these top FMO's are still owners of agencies. I talked to a buddy recently, they do 6,000 PDP reviews. The lost comp on that covers several staff salaries.

This is in the Top 5, maybe Top 3, of the stupidest posts I've read here. And that's really saying something!
Literally every person at my Upline and the carrier reps are saying Supps are dying! Keep your head in the sand. I’ll come get your clients.

Cool story bro. Your upline and carrier reps are stupid for saying that, no offense.

Hopefully your clients don't get cancer while on MAPD.

And yet … no one has produced anything in writing from WellCare saying anything about commissions …
If it is true, I suspect it's select plans in select markets. Which would be nothing new.
I asked my upline about this a few weeks ago. They said that Wellcare has not communicated anything about non-comissionable plans in Florida
