Ok, Review My Site

Not really my point. This theme was $39. Wanna take a stab at the price if a designer built that from scratch? I'll start the bidding at $3,000.....$2,000 minimum.

Building that theme from scratch? I have some folks from India that would do it for like $300. Stateside? Numbers would be all over the place. Nonetheless, what you said was "web design is dead."

You mean the slider? I agree it's one of those things that some people think looks good and others don't. I have it set where if you mouse over the slider it stops.

Correct. We are declining all affiliate payments for every vendor, even ones with established programs. This way if someone goes south, out they go.

I was under the impression that you never accepted a payment for a recommendation. I assumed you never got anything for the E&O. Glad to see that even though I was incorrect that you've gone "clean" for the future.

True - moving into this change Mark and I decided no longer accept affiliate payments. Remember, Agent Navigator was an open site for which we sold ad space. It was actually one small reason for the change. If you have a public media guide, it's not as if you can say "yes and no" to certain businesses that wish to buy ad space. I hated that.

Our "affiliate" arrangements moving forward are pretty simple - we simply recommend each other so long as we feel there's value for an agent. Our E&O is being re-done also, will take effect in March. It's doesn't mean we won't be promoting a wide variety of businesses. We will - just no money involved. It means we recommend who we choose to recommend.
