Yeah I thought I noticed PR had updated, my sites all seemed to go up at least 1 some 2, and internal pages went from pr0 to pr1 on several.

So much for google not updating public PR anymore like they claimed a while back.

I had one go up and one go down and the rest did nothing.

From what I understand, the PR has no bearing on traffic, just the value of links. I know last year my Pa site PR went down and traffic steadily increased.

I don't necessarily believe that PR doesn't affect page placement.

I think it does have an impact on the downline pages for longtail on a blog.

My page views went up over 250% on about 10 sites the day of the PR update, and I was scratching my head trying to figure out why.

Most of them moved from N/A or 0 to 1 or 2.

and it looks like Google did a smack down on Facebook profiles and pages.....my personal use to rank 4 and my two biz pages 3.....all have been busted to nada.......

man...they even smacked the hawk man....he use to be at 6.....with
1,837,319 likes.....so I guess this is to give google plus a running start....
