Quotit Doesn't Work?

I don't recall the name of the agent/broker, but the banner ad was across the top of the landing page for the Tampa Tribune's website: TBO.com - Tampa Bay Online.
Although I am now inspired to ride a new Nissan Armada to Universal Studios and ride the Simpsons ride, and stop on the way home for some new light bulbs, I can't find the link or the site. That is one seriously ad-rich site, holy cow.
Not trying to dodge, we'll keep looking. Step one to any resolution is identification and narrow-down of the problem. If you can find it, anyone, please let me know. I'm thinking that banner leads to a customer site and want to make sure they're good.
Regarding Bob's site, we are working with him in detail today.
Thanks again to the forum for the info on these items.

Mark:

I know you've taken some heat from some people and you've done very well to keep things civil.

Clearly you and Quotit are working towards keeping your customers and prospective customers (even those who are not prospective) happy.

I have not seen anyone from your largest competitor giving this forum as much time as you are. Speaks volumes.

I spent about 45 minutes on the phone with tech support at Quotit this afternoon. I allowed them to "take over" my computer and they watched what happened when I typed in links and the resulting error messages.

Since they could see everything on my dessktop I had to change out my Beyonce' wallpaper so Bill (at Quotit) could keep his mind on the task at hand.

As we stepped through the process I could almost see him scratching his head. Whatever the problem, it is not just my computer since I was alerted by a forum member earlier today that my links were not working.

The problem is not fixed yet, but I can say that no one responds to customer service issues like Quotit.

We were able to isolate the conflict but not correct it. I am sure it will be solved before long.

Although I am not a Quotit customer, and I don't know Mark...I am impressed that he participates in this Forum, while clearly concealing his unhappiness and displeasure regarding the early exit of Yovani Gallardo.

Suppan's destruction the other night only heightened my thinly concealed unhappiness. And now CC losing to the Chicago Cubs. Hmmm. I am tempted to attempt to turn this forum into a Milwaukee Brewers fan site. I thank you all for your understanding of the anguish of a fan not able to cheer his team in the playoffs since The Waltons was still a prime-time TV show.
