Speaking of Security National I was all excited that they were expanding into states I sold in and then he refused to take anyone that wasn't going direct to the company in the new states.

So your telling me your a captive company then right?????

Depends on what you mean "direct with the company" I am direct with the company, in others words I am not under an IMO, but I am not captive. They do have home service division that is captive.

That's not captive. They probably feel like they can get more attention from an agent if there's no middle man who's also offering their competition.
