We are/were talking about a Co-Op, glad to see you agree now they are covered under my E&O. I owe you nothing, you made the claim, you figure it out.

We are talking about a non-rated carrier. I never said ALL Co-Ops. I said the SC Co-Op. Are you really that dense?

Co-Ops are covered if they are rated a certain rating by AM Best or S&P. The SC Co-Op is not rated, therefore not covered under your E&O.

They also most likely do not have enough in assets/reserves to be covered either.

Any experienced agent knows all of this already. I highly recommend that you read your E&O contract where it talks about carrier rating requirements and asset requirements.

But if your E&O has no rating requirements, then it would benefit the forum for you to share who they are. I honestly would like to know because there are a few annuity carriers that I have not sold in the past due to not being covered by my E&O.

You dont owe me anything. But if you want to prove you are correct... or if you are correct and want to help the forum, then why not post who they are?

By ignoring my statements about the ratings and just focusing on the fact that they are a Co-Op (and claiming you are correct just because they are a Co-Op) only shows you to be either very immature or very dense.
