Second Week with Fresh Leads

So this week sucked. I worked all twenty leads like a madman. Calling, knocking, and generally harrassing the sh*t out of the leads. I sold the first two I saw. Then it all fell apart. Spent the next four days - long days, knocking and calling. Got stood up numerous times. The most frustrating part is, I had three couples sold and eager to sign up. No bank accounts. That's six policies. Six. $3200 AP. WTF!:swoon:

So tomorrow, I get twenty new leads. I am going to follow the HoosierDaddy model and call all day tomorrow to set appts for Monday.

Put Settlers Life in your kit. They take monthly direct or tell them to pay quarterly

EFES does not have an income filter on the low end. They do have a $50,000 filter on the top but that's not accurate either. I was in a home last week where the lady told me she was thinking of downsizing. I asked her what she would list her home at and she said $1,000,000. This is in an area where $250,000 home are way upper middle class.

Was that TN, KY or IN? BTW, I used your 4 questions today. I had hesitated using it as in my mind it fit your demeanor a lot better than mine. I was way wrong. It flowed out of my mouth way better than any other approach I have tried. Sounded polished and went quickly and smoothly. Just as you said, it hits all five reasons for not buying and shuts them down. Easy to remember and stay on track. Couple couldn't wait to sign up at a combined 110 bucks. No bank account.

When you call to set up your appointments maybe you could ask them whether or not they have a checking or savings account. Just a thought. My appointment setter does that for me, and it hasn't seemed to scare anyone away so far. Also, could you refresh my memory on the 5 questions? I have listened to Newby's audio with JD a couple of times, and I can't remember them. I should have written them down. Thanks, and keep up the good work. Next week will be better! I appreciate you posting your progress on here.

Could you share the script, please? I am sure we would all appreciate.

JDs approach is all over this forum. It's also posted on Newbys website in audio form. Nothing I can give you will be nearly as valuable as hearing him actually say it. Don't mean to be dismissive. I'm a newbie. If you want to learn JDs style, ask JD. I can't do it justice.

Maybe in a year or two I'll be qualified to give advice.

So you are not free to have a company that EfES doesn't have?

I guess I am. Never asked. But I doubt very seriously I am free to sell EFES leads on non-EFES paper.
