Securus Lead's Question!!!

Out of 100 leads, most likely he recieved no answers, answering machines, and the few that answered, blew him off. While I am not a fan of door knocking. i will door knock. I am to broke to trash any lead before its time.

Those Securus leads are BRM's- Prospects own hand writing are on them and they took the time to fill them out and send it in-

With thos 99+'s you'll run into empty homes, they moved, already bought etc...

It's your skills that make the sale...

And I mean when your friend knocks on the door, shows the card, they say they already bought and he tells them okay, sorry to bother you.. etc

Lots of them are disconnected. You're going to have to door knock them.

Some of them will even have bought from someone else (although you'll be surprised at many who haven't bought).

If you're experienced, you'll get in on reviewing their policy, and maybe you'll replace a few (again if you're good).

Some of them you won't get into.

BUT. They are definitely gold if you know how to work 'em...

His friend had dollars $$$$$ in his eyes. But securus is the only one that made the $$$$$. Now they will sell them again to another agent. Cha-ching.

The complaint holds no water. An agent ordered a specified number of leads. The company delivered the correct number of leads. What the agent does with them after that is a mute point.

By the way I have ask for the 100 Leads from the agent and I am going to go to each one this week myself...so I will see what's really up!

Thanks for all of you guys help....my friend is even like he's ok now with spending the money, I guess its the old man in me that does not like to waste a dime...and $1,000 bucks is a $1,000 bucks!

But if he is cool with it now...so am I shoot it was not my money!
