You could have picked up the phone and called the home office, right? Ron is very down to earth, especially considering what he's accomplished in his FE career, and he talks with agents and agency managers all the time. He even flies to different cities around the country when managers are hosting a recruiting seminar, just so he can help out, even speak with potential new hires. What other FE carrier Presidents do this to help their managers grow?

You wanna make sure you are proactive in your business. Don't wait around for other people to make things happen for you. I'm not being critical, you probably already know to make things happen, I'm just reminding you just like I have to remind myself also.
 
Figured it was the professional courtesy to ask somebody within the organization to connect me to the president and not just cold call the guy.

needless to say that guy ( @Jaymon ) took advantage of the situation and attempted to put me in his hierarchy which only cost the The company in the long run.

You think I took advantage? I think you took advantage, you knew exactly what you where doing...you should not wasted my time if you already had plans on contracting under someone else.

The game you where playin' is exactly why Senior Life has a protected list option.
 
I requested that you help me get in contact with Ron, you were the one that turned it into a conference call where you played host. Not to mention Ron was not even on the conference call at the moment the call was over I called that vice president and said

" I apologize for the confusion but I have no interest in working with Jay."
 
I HAVE to ask why is Noemi the principle of the agency and why did she never answer any calls in the situation? Since your home office staff frequently says "oh call the vp, not us"

I think you avoided a head ache by not contracting him.
 
Just curious what your intention was with senior life ? It seems like you wanted much more than a broker contract . Were you going to be a career agency and recruit with them ?
