Senior Life Insurance Company Info

Lincoln Heritage has 14 Regional Agencies (some are actual companies like Senior Life and Golden Memorial) that make up their whole production across 50 states. Senior Lidfe used to be one of those agencies until they stopped working with Lincoln. Depending on your location you have to sign up under one of those 14 groups to work with lincoln. There is no other way.
Lincoln give these companies a lot fredom in regards to how they want to run their area. This is why people have different experiences with lincoln based on the area thay work. These groups are also in charge of creating their own contracts. So they can differ from area.
Golden Memorial is the regional company for california and 15 other states

Pretty much how they all (agencies) work -- people will get a different experience and commission level at the various agencies at EFES and Securus...

Not the same thing. You will nothing in an EFES or Securus contract under any manager that says they will steal your renewals after you leave. Even NAA doesn't pull that crap.

Its amazing that Senior life has turned to 100% telesales at least they are moving forward with the next generation that will be used to either phone/internet. I am also thinking of going this route but will most likely be a combination of local market with some face to face and do some out of state or over 200 miles away type of telesales. It used to be they would only except applications with you personally being there and asking the health questions and witnessing everything. With Med sups and Life over the phone it really opens up a lot of possibilities

They actually do both. They are recruiting in my area for field sales as we speak.

Maybe they do have *somewhat* of a conscience. I assume they are moving to telesales because they can't look the client in the face when they screw them over...

Dear Jacobtn
Let me start by asking are you screwing your clients when any other fe company can beat your fe rates after you make a sale? What's your track record in the final expense market? Are you a one man dog and pony show or maybe even a so called financial advisor? Let me guess!!!!!

Jacob has given great advice for as long as I've been on this forum.
Why don't you try to add something of value rather than trying to bash quality people on here?

You, 'mga', are making yourself and your company look disgraceful. Which is too bad because I don't think there is anything wrong with SL. In fact, I think they help many many people that would otherwise leave their families in debt during those difficult times.

I am not defending jacobtn. However, sounds like you have an issue with "one man dog and pony show" What are most of the SL agents? Typical of management at most of these type organizations. What a dipsh!te.

Advice to all - Stay Independent.

I have no problem with independent agents. We like all agents. I do get frustrated when individuals trash talk companies. As I have stated before there are lot of good final expense companies in today's marketplace. Sr Life is not the best in every situation but we do offer the best total package in the USA for agents.
