I'm a door knocker. I've canvassed and cold door knocked a targeted list. I've also cold called on the phone. I like both, but early on, it was easier to door knock. Too easy to hang the phone up on you, plus you learn to think on your feet when door knocking. Plus, door knocking is coool.For those of you who have done both, which do you prefer and why?
Same here. I'm just not that good on the phone and I know it. I get a much better response at the door. But I can see where setting appointments by phone is a more efficient use of time,even after 30 years, I much prefer knocking on the door.

I know you're talking DM leads. Why not call on the phone, and the one's you don't set an appointment with, door knock(even if they said no on the phone...they won't remember that they talked to you).
