They listed no premiums . All teaser junk . Yeah tier 1 and 2 look like no $590 deductible on pdp or mapd . But tier 3,4 and 5 are % copays so can still hit that $2k quick . Also just like Cigna showed $0 premium and $0 pcp copays on their certs neither them or WellCare showed what specialist copays or any copays are . Since all dental plans must cover implants in 2025 i noticed on WellCare and Cigna dental ( probably all dental plans in 25) there are cost shares on all out of network plans in 2025. No more bucket of money probably

It's going to come back to what tier does the current t6 meds fall too, paying 11 buck after deductible in 24 is not to bad, paying 25% after deductible is a fast track to 2k,

Saying there is no tier 6th coverage is a little misleading. I don’t have a boomer AI photo to pair with it
