I debated even mentioning it as I know yall will want a source which I am not willing to provide for obvious reasons.
You don't need to reveal your source. I'm completely not surprised anyway. How else are they going to make this work for the seniors. We all will take a hit.
Looks like the final rule is on hold until next yr unless something changes by Oct 1st . But that said we have no idea what carriers will pay in overrides or marketing money for 2025. Both united and anthem yesterday they were very cautious on their 25 plans. Hard to justify the same money flowing in overrides and marketing money when they're hitting the members. Looks like the $100 is history too

I called one of my uplines and asked about it. They said its FUD, and they have not been informed about it.
