Gymguy had alot of really good posts one day I want to be set up like him but for now the at home setup I have is working for me so as the saying goes if it ain't broke don't fix it.

So you are working out of your home. I thought I read that EFES's telesales were out of their call center. I guess they make exceptions.
Yes I am out of my home. I haven't worked in a call center since Dec 2015 when I contracted with Ryan Caras over there. You are correct that they are not taking on any outside people from home since it is a tough gig and most don't invest the time needed to be successful at it.

Um bro...you bought a ton of leads off me when you first started. PLUS....YOU are the one that said you tried a little telesales. LOL? Like a month ago.
But I also know what someone is talking out of their ass about something they don't know anything about yet try to come off as fact.
Now...we are a small office but my WORST agent last month did right around $10,500. My top TWO did just under $16K.
Just because they don't come on here to be ass raped by JD and his minions doesn't mean they don't exist.
Most of my recruits find me from mailers, social media and YT.
Most of the agents who find me on here are wanting part time...not work at it of a high contract and free leads. All of which are complete wastes of time.
Equita does over $200K a month with their system. Do you think it doesn't work for them because none of their agents come on here???
Listen...I could give a rats ass what you all say on here other than the fact that when you try to give advice that is wrong to someone looking for real answers...I'm going to call you out.
I generate brand new leads everyday for our agents. They get unlimited Tele leads AND NEW TV leads. NO ONE can get TV leads lower then my cost.
My agents take calls all day. But see...none of you have "seen" our operation so you just assume it's a "call center" sitting in cubicles all day like some operator. When that couldn't be further from the truth.LOL
It's rare that an agent comes in for an interview and doesn't see and listen to an actual sale being made right in front of them. RARE.
Plus...if this didn't work....if telesales was soooooooo bad....how am I contracted for the next 5 years by a very large group out of GA to open their telesales division up from the ground up? It's already off the ground and even THEY didn't realize how technical and advanced this operation is.
It's not "buying leads" and driving around like a soap salesman "knocking doors" all day.
I've said it a million times. My office is easy to find. Doors always open. Anyone who wants to see greatness at work is welcome to stop buy.
But to "try" something out and fail at it....then come on hear and preach the Gospel....is ignorant and unprofessional.
It's how you lose credibility. You don't want to lose that and followers on YT now do ya Doug??

How are your TV leads so cheap? Also, can we see one?

I've worked with them since I started telesales. One of those "nuggets" I fell upon. But we are consistent with them. Well oiled machine. But I'm serious whenI say I'm sorry, but I can't ell you who they are through. Otherwise territories would get taken up. I order in 21-22 states right now. So whatever amount I order daily, I get at the end of the day.
It's not a true FE TV lead like a senior life one. I can get THOSE for $29 a piece. THAT is still a great price for those. But that cost would put me out of business on my model.
My TV leads are a Senior Commercial. But they go through a system and specifically ask for info on Burial Whole Life Insurance policies.
I am putting a new at home opportunity together. It will roll out next month. But the agent WILL have to pony up the states. Other then that I still will cover all the costs. But there have been too many bad apples who are broke and even though I try to "help" them with sales...they always end up turning on me. It's not worth it anymore.

Are you buying IVR leads from Scott at TRG?
Those are pretty good, but we've had more success with TV commercials that only talk about final expense life insurance. They are more expensive, but the ROI is much better, for us at least.

I know Scott but no. Not theirs. I don't think anyone really knows who my group is. I get them cheaper then what Scott sells his for.
Yes. I agree. The clsoe ration may be better on true FE TV leads but those are typically good for manual dial. Not sure what system you're using on those. But auto dial on those cost type TV leads are logical.
Yet. Telesales is changing at a lighting rate.
