Imo's who sat in their offices all day and lived on the backs of other agents the last decade are panicing. I sounded the alarm bells 2 weeks ago
And field agents with small downlines, too...
My book is mostly Medicare, with some FE and term, etc. In in the past I went on several ride-alongs. I couldn't believe how much money agents told me they needed to make per month to afford the mortgage, expensive cars, private schools, stay-at home wife, etc.
Scared the s*&^ out of me, although that's not my situation. I drive an older SUV and held a part-time job until last fall. I've been taking advantage of all the telesales and online trainings the carriers have been hostings. Time to change things up a bit.
