Transamerica Issues

Actually, I have renewed faith in TA. I reluctantly did their new eapp, and was surprised at how well things turned out. This lady was issued at standard, and didn't have a snowball's chance with any other carrier.

I knew their eapp would be different, which requires a drawn signature. An agent would have to be fearless, to sign that for a client.

Because I so often call them out on the forum, I feel that I need to own up to a mistake I made. I forgot to select the last next after all signatures where applied. So it was my own fault on this application.

:wubclub:

But it won't be next time......

I think they should go back to their old "two age group" application system (0-44 & 45-85). It would allow them to once again have a "true" final expense application, and at the same time would make the application process much faster by getting rid of all the superfluous questions.

Has anyone noticed how they went from offering a $40 summertime bonus on new FE apps, to a $60 bonus?

I guess agents didn't take the bait, and they're really hurting for business.

What was the story with their health?

Uh, some things that she could have been declined for by Trans, and had been declined by another carrier. Nothing was held back, but they gave her standard. I don't want to be too specific in this case because it is so recent.

Trans was within their guidelines accepting her, but so was the other carrier. This was one of those that was kinda on the ledge.
