Transamerica Issues

M,57,T, open heart in 2012 prescribed carvedilol and isosorbide after surgery approved Trans preferred.
Who else is issuing that preferred?
Gotta have them.

RNA will take that and they’ll take an inhaler for asthma, 450 lbs , insulin , neuropathy and pain meds . Best overall underwriting around . I’m pretty sure Family Benefit takes that . Trans doesn’t take even medium pain meds which throws a ton out

Isosorbide is a decline......look at the FE RX Lookup......So is nitro

Agree on the pain meds,heavyweights,neuropathy.
No DE at RNA.

DE is really the only reason to use TA any more, but then of course child/grandchild is still a big plus too... I am so back and forth on them. :twitchy:

Where are you writing COPD level ?
30% get counter offered modified LBL.
Trans always flies level COPD.

Really ? When did that change ? How about Female T ? They have no agent guide.

The agent guides incorrect . I've done plenty of Isosorbibe and carvedilol combo's. I did a isosorbibe and furosemide last week. They won't take Nitro. Nitro goes to Family Benefit If hasn't been used in 2 yrs . Trans used to take it but i haven't used them in a long time .

Just got off the phone with an underwriter for FE at RNA.

ISOSORBIDE IS A DECLINE.
