UFS Marketing

I am new to the forum and so I have not really established any credibility with anyone, so please take this as it is. I used UFS a while back for a campaign and would like to post the outcome on the service and not the results. I think any company can have issues and they cannot make everyone happy all the time. I also think that you can judge a company on the way they treat their customers when things do not go well and do they try to make it right. I will be trying to get some resolution from UFS and I will post my results (no specifics, just if they tried to make things right, like any reputable company would want to) I hope that this will put minds at rest.
 
Update: Attempt to contact a Matt (manager/owner??) no response last two days. Will try again Monday. Thanks for everyone's interest- will try to respond individually if possible.
 
VolAgent- did you ever get a call back from them. It has been almost a week and numerous calls into them and THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK! Before I sent them $, we were best friends. Oh UFS, I thought you really loved me, I guess it was all a front as a ligit business, broke my heart and moved on to your next victim. Will try again tomorrow. Hey Fox, you were right...

No, they haven't called me back. Its probably because I wasn't stupid enough to call them.
 
I hate to break it to you your never gonna find that "magic" company with leads and appointments.
Even if you do, trust me it never lasts.

The quicker you find a way to prospect on your own the better off you will be.

**Here's a hint, maybe try buying a small book or client list. Maybe someone leaving the business. People who are in and out are always good and just a few dollars a name is more then enough .

So true! A few years ago, I found insuranceleads.com, and thought I'd hit the gravy train! I was closing about one in three leads that were sent my way, and I thought I'd found the golden ticket. Fastforward two years later, and I'm lucky if I can close one in a dozen. Either the lead quality has gotten worse, or I've gotten worse!
 
UFS is the biggest ripoff in the industry. I have used SEVERAL lead companies over the years, and no one has ever been as blatantly dishonest as these people are! Like another Agent reported, they were also my best friends BEFORE I gave them my money, then NOTHING but lies and failed promises thereafter! The owner Matt Dilday refused to return any of my repeated phone calls. I finally reported them to the BBB, to no avail. These people should be in JAIL! Stay away from them, and warn everyone you know!!!
 
Frankly I don't think Matt Dilday cares. He got your money, and mine, and he is off to his next victim. If he cared about having a legitimate business he would address the concerns of those that are not happy with the service- like any real company would. He is the type of person who takes advantage of others, screws them over, then moves on without a care. Great job, Matt. Great job.
 
I havent used the UFS appointment program, but I have used their seminar program. We had a great turnout with 15 buying units and of course guests! Everything has been great so far and we plan on using them again. I read some of the comment threads and havent had any issues.
 
i have been using UFs for some of my appointments and leads. they are so-so and i have made a decent roi. from what i understand, all leads and appts suck but prospecting is a must. i am going to stick with them because, so far, my results are solid and i don't want to keep bouncing around new systems trying to find the elusive silver bullet. Ufs has given results and thats what i was looking for. hope this helps anyone who reads this because i know we are all starting our new marketing plans for 2012 :yes:

also, i noticed people in this forum are quick to dis-credit people with few posts who talk highly of a company....but......

peoples credibility rarely gets questioned when they post negative things about a company....just noticed that a bunch over my many readings thru the forum...:1confused:

We're hard at working fixing that and changing the tone and tenor of the forum to a more positive experience.
