Have agents tested the accuracy?

Around 25 users have been using it. He rolled it out at a time that several companies were changing quickly so he's been working hard to stay up to date. Good feedback so far. It's not for everyone. And most of our agents still like the regular one that we provide for free. But for people who like an easy to use digital one I think this will have some fans.

But of course you could just write everyone with one company and not have to think very hard. Lot's of options.

I promise that I've trained more agents who are successful in this business that you have my friend! Just stop trying to twist the whole industry to make it look like you have the only successful way in this business.

You and JD are about the only 2 people I can think of that kept trying to convince agents that they will fail and are wrong if it's not done your way.

I do like you and respect you for what you've done, but the way you keep pushing this issue shows your own ignorance about any part of the business other than the way you do it. I just can't believe some of the things you say sometimes. Come on Man! You're smarter than this!!

1.) I like and respect you too, so if you think Im talking about you specifically Im not. I have many good friends in the industry who I dont agree with on this topic. Its not an integrity thing, but they have certain convictions, and I have mine.

2.) Im not sure how many successful agents you've trained, and you dont know how many I've trained, but thats not the point. Im talking in terms of fail rates and how that effects clients.

3.) I've never, ever, been compared to JD, LOL. Congrats on being the first!

4.) If you had the conversations I've had with failed, washed up brokers, you'd be as passionate as I am. It is RARE for a broker to net $75,000 in profit their first year. Thats sad.

And I'm sure I've had as many, if not more, failed insurance telemarketers I've talked with that washed up too.....yes, from call centers.

Many agents fail no matter what platform they get training from. It's the nature of the beast. Some of them shouldn't have tried to begin with as they are just not cut out for it. Once again, nature of the beast.

Your call center might keep in touch with the clients and therefore you have less client "effected" by the loss of an agent, but it doesn't always take an agent who is "successful" in the business for Mildred to have the right product.

You are selling FE. Just how much agent interaction, other than in the beginning, does one need? Yep, that's right....not too much.

So, when comparing....the agent that lasted a few months selling Mildred that $10K policy for $37.90 per month vs. the agent that is still there selling Mildred the same face amount for $49.53....in which situation is Mildred better off?

Keep in mind....both policies are for $10K and both have day one coverage.

Come n Todd! You know the answer to that one. Mildred would rather pay a higher rate and get graded coverage in more cases if she gets the satisfaction that her agent just places everyone with one company. She loves it. Mildred doesn't want her agent to have to think too hard.

Well, you learn something new every day. At least some of us do.

Its not apples to apples.

What are the companies?

I dont stand behind fraternals who can raid cash values, so price is irrelevant.

I dont stand behind companies that dont pay claims when they know clients are deceased but the family is unaware of the policy, so price is irrelevant.

I dont stand behind companies that "Plan F" policy holders in 18 months to rescind their policy leaving my client high and dry, so price is irrelevant.

I dont stand behind companies that back door their agents and try to sell behind their backs, even in some cases replacing coverage, so price is irrelevant.

The list goes on and on and on....

Price has very little do to with what company I choose to represent.

We don't stand behind those companies either. We can also tell the price has nothing to do with what you choose. That's the whole point that you keep missing.

Just end this conversation. As smart as you are, you're never going to understand. It's okay though. At least there are way more of us that do understand than don't.

Only when I am mad...sometimes my master forgets to feed me. I leave him a present at the foot of the bed so he steps on it during his nightly bathroom runs. He has a bad prostate.
