Web Design, Why Does It Matter ?

This current crop of web experts are just like the last crop, and the next crop will be just like the last.

So far, every helpful contribution to this board from the whole bunch of them would fit in a cigar box.

Am I in a bad mood you ask? No... at least I wasn't until I read this thread.

Thanks Confucius your words so wise, my time you have wasted...

If you know little about my world (Internet marketing, advertising), you most likely wouldn't know whether what I said was valuable or not.

it's like reality tv over here..."Web Wars"...next! after Honey Boo Boo :swoon:

since your such a pro designer you should know your entire site is basically coded in java. go ahead and read this since your learning IM:

Can Google Site Search index JavaScript content on my pages? - Custom Search Help

Your current website designs probably wont sell to hot when people realize that they are almost useless for ranking.

Oh god, you are really not very bright are you. The content is not javascript you genious, the javascript is just used to change certain CSS values(you know what CSS is right?). The content is still the same way as it is on any other web site. Now Johny start walking the other way and stop spamming every post.

Alex...Just a guess here but perhaps some of the trepidation from other posters is a perceived lack of experience. Can you show 3-5 websites you have built for insurance brokers and then perhaps members can better understand what you offer. You may pick up quite a few clients.

You may pick up quite a few clients.

If any of the web design guys were interested in gaining clients or truly contributing to this board then they would have bothered to respond to my thread about subdomains.

Instead, they either want to show how big their cock is, or give just common sense or half ass advice.

If we wanted a standard website we would have easily made one. Our point was to do something different to stand out from the tons of websites out there, and push ourselves a little.

Im not trying to be mean, but based on the design of your site I would never use your web services.

The only saving grace on your site is the gallery of examples of webpages you have done. They look much better than your own website...
