Website Analytics

Re: Analytics

We have used Statcounter.com on several websites but also interested if there might be something better out there to use.

Statcounter is a free to use up to 500 entry log. Then its inexpensive to increase the size of the log from there.

We use Visistat for ourselves, and clients. Most detailed tracking we've found and now includes social media tracking, and conversion funnel to sales..so you really know what people are doing before the purchase to get to the purchase.

I use AWSTATS....under Links from external pages....as of this morning in Dec I am up to 44 hits that have come from Facebook for the Life site.......and 37 for the health site.....

Google Analytics is the best analytics tool plus it is free. You can also use Adobe Omniture but it is not suitable for beginners. You need have an in-depth knowledge in dealing with codes.
