What is Your Activity Management Model?

Activity is the most important thing.

Do most of you have certain "office days" where you set appointments and "field days" (not like you had in elementary school) where you are out on appointments?

not really but I have thought about this a lot...

hard 2 find balance between prospecting, follow up and actual sales etc..
 
I have thought about having

Monday-office set appts for Tuesday
Tuesday-out of office on appts
Wednesday-set appts for Thursday and Friday
Thursday-out of office on appts
Friday-out of office on appts


The out of the office days do not have to be all day but if you deticate those 2 days to prospecting exclusively then you should be able to get appts set for the field days.
