Who is Best?

I think it would be a stretch to say they are captive, however you're not fully independent either. I'd say about 90% indy...

You just need to put all business that comes as a result of their leads through them. For pretty much all FE cases, this is fine as they offer plenty of carriers. (A true GI being the lone exception)

Now if med supps or term life is a fit for any of your leads, then your carrier list isn't as diversified as these organizations focus primarily on FE.

The other thing I've heard is that some groups within these companies have requirements as far as attending meetings, webinars, etc.

So everybody that works hard needs to be with EFES? And everybody that doesn't like their system is lazy?

I think what he means is that with EFES you have leads coming in every week that you pay for. If you don't like to work these leads coming in every week whether it be because you are lazy or whatever, it probably wouldn't be for you.

If you like to be a casual producer, EFES probably isn't for you as it is not the business model I have heard.

I have sold final Exp, pre need, funeral trust & such in the past and want to get back into this field. Who is the best to go with? Securus, PHR, EFES, Hakim, Prosurity & so on. Anyother places to check out before I make my choice? Who has best lead system? Who's the good, the bad and who's truly ugly to work with out there? I want to make one choice and stick with it. I really don't want to work with several IMO's. Thanks in advance for all who respond.

Ok here is what I will say to this question.

1. Every Person Experience is Different so no company is the "Best".

I would say do your homework on each and make the best choice for you.

Not at all. I mean that some agent's are stuck in their ways, as far as only wanting to do preset appointments. I have came across a few agent's that refuse to door knock and will only do preset appointments. That is the agent that should really sign up as a broker and work at their own pace vs having to worry about meeting production requirements every week. The agent's have the choice of which direction that they want to go in. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink!

In a way it's like dating too. Try them out for a little while and if you're not feeling it someone else is always waiting to accept you with open arms.

I have been in the business and started off as the #1 agent for Lincoln Heritage my 1st month selling just under $36k. I finished my 1st 12 months selling 446 policies and have since worked my way up to Regional Manager. Last year my group wrote of $3.3 Million in AP and this year I am pushing to break $4.5 million.

If you want to talk send me your contact info. We have tons of leads available in Florida and depending on where you are there, will determine who I could set you up with.

Wish you the best.

Thank you for that....

Leaves out the part where if he wasnt a regional manager he would have been swallowed up by lead costs and sent to vector. Instead brags on here and hopes he can sucker you in so he can get rich off you ...... pretty shameless
