This efes stuff is starting to become hilarious. The reason you wouldn't write their leads with your own wholesale number is because you would be for 1, paying over $30 per lead (what you're lead cost goes to if you don't write on their lead program which start at $25 btw) and 2, you'd be choosing to write it with a level that's still less than you can find elsewhere.

Honestly I hate to be such an efes basher, but until they give me a release (which they are refusing to do for no reason whatsoever) I am going to show what they are which is a very marginal IMO using this forum to recruit agents who believe what they read

No one cares if you bash EFES here. But, at least do it with the truth.

Yes, the release thing sucks. But, they never told you they would give you a release.

I pay $11 per lead. I would pay $11 for that lead no matter where I put the business. And I have put business elsewhere on an EFES and I still paid $11 for the lead.

I agree with you about the release. They should release you and anyone else. But, if I left EFES and they wouldn't release me, big friggin deal!!

I would just write Settlers Life, 5 Star and others until the time was up. I sure as hell would sit around and cry about it.

The agents are not respnsible for MIPPA. That was the debil's, {humana's}, doing. They tried to blame the agents. Seems they succeeded with at least one person.

I'm sure the agents lying and forging apps had nothing to do with it.

I find that funny how you say you only care about truth and facts and then immediately throw your opinion in there right after. Makes you look kind of dumb. I wonder what your motive is for that?

If you write wholesale numbers, 34 bucks a lead really isn't bad. If you figure you drop 1000 piece mailer for 375, then to get to 34 dollars a lead you would need a return of over 1 percent... possible someplaces, not in others. Also, you know your cost per lead every week and there is no varience, which can't be discounted.
Even though I still haven't written a single app, I agree with JD that releases seem to be overrated. There are a ton of carriers; as long as you don't have to many tied up with EFES or whatever IMO you should be fine.

HOWEVER, I was straight up lied to by the first recruiter I spoke to at Equita about releases (not Scott, who was the last recruiter I spoke with). The recruiter said he never denied a release to anybody who asked him for it as long as they didn't owe him money. I found out later that he had no power to grant a release or not. Travis told me honestly that he would not grant me a release because he would be putting effort into training me, and I respect that; but what if I listened to that first recruiter without trying to confirm? I would have no recourse.
Bottom line is, recruiters in any sales field can be very dirty... do your due diligence.

The release thing all the way around with whomever is really screwy. You have FMOs and IMOs and all kinds of other Os who will tell you they will give you a release but what they don't tell you is that their upline might not give you one. Then you have uplines that will but downlines that won't. It goes way beyond EFES.

I found out that releases are made to be a bigger deal than they really are. There are many carriers to go out and write.

I haven't been able to write my favorite annuity carrier for almost a year now because I have to wait one year of writing no business with them so my business went elsewhere. In 30 more days I can re-contract so I'm not giving up 2.5% commission anymore.

If you write the business with your wholesale writting number, it does not count for your PPL. Therfore your PPL goes up to $34. Theres your first lie in this post.

Yes, you are right. that does suck. AGENT WARNING: you MUST pre negotiate a release. You must also negotiate a leads deal -- according to JD. Sound shady?? OH nevermind, join efes they are the greatest!!! You can make up your own mind whether or not you really believe efes will do whats in YOUR best interest.

You do not have the truth. You are a liar. I have already challenged you back up your claims.

You can't do that because they are made up. You can't find anything, anywhere that I have misrepresented about EFES. I can find many things that you have lied about just today. I shouldn't say lied because you may actually believe some of your nonsense.
