Who is Best?

I have sold final Exp, pre need, funeral trust & such in the past and want to get back into this field. Who is the best to go with? Securus, PHR, EFES, Hakim, Prosurity & so on. Anyother places to check out before I make my choice? Who has best lead system? Who's the good, the bad and who's truly ugly to work with out there? I want to make one choice and stick with it. I really don't want to work with several IMO's. Thanks in advance for all who respond.

What are you wanting to sell? FE? Preneed? Funeral Trusts?

Who did you sell Preneed for? Why did you leave it the 1st time?

I've never heard of PHR or Prosurity. Hakim? Is he still around? Haven't heard that name in a while.

I do not live in Florida? I live in Michigan. I had lived in Arizona for over 30 years, and there I sold pre-need through The Mission Plan. Have done some F-X in past. Most recently I worked for/at The Neptune Society and Smart Cremation. Both F-X cremation companies where the plan is set up as a trust, not insurance, but the same sales style/system as selling F-X.

PHR Insurance... I've heard of them... Oh wait, that's me!

Sissy, I'm going to echo what several people have already stated. There really is no BEST. You have to find the company that fits your style. I'm the first to admit that, while I think our program is great, it's not for everyone. In fact if I get a really green agent, I will usually send them elsewhere. They just won't get the hand holding new agents need from us. We are really more designed for the agents that want access to training as needed and want a good consistent supply of affordable leads. Kind of the "give me my leads, leave me alone, and let me do my thing" agent is who we fit well.

We are a "rah-rah" free zone. Some people need, and do well in, that sort of hand holding and constant edification. And I'm not saying that's a bad thing. Some people hate it and find the constant meetings and conference calls tedious. So the culture of where you end up is really almost as important the contract levels and leads.

Take your time. Choose carefully. And ask up front if whoever you end up with will release you if it does not work our (get that in writing).

Best Regards,

I have been in the business and started off as the #1 agent for Lincoln Heritage my 1st month selling just under $36k. I finished my 1st 12 months selling 446 policies and have since worked my way up to Regional Manager. Last year my group wrote of $3.3 Million in AP and this year I am pushing to break $4.5 million.

If you want to talk send me your contact info. We have tons of leads available in Florida and depending on where you are there, will determine who I could set you up with.

Wish you the best.

I got both of your ex-clients 10k of coverage for what they were paying for 7k with LH
