Here is what I am looking for

1 Obviously I want good contracts
2 I want to understand replacements this is something I don't understand the when to do it, when not to, how cash vale works how that factors into the discission
3 help with carriers to start with, underwriting stuff without overwhelming I can start in home state and expand later if necessary
4 I am looking to be competitive with pricing I want a hierarchy with a good number of carriers, not just a select few, though I may start with a few and expand from there
5 I am hoping to have a good term option especially for the possibility for ACA clients,

6 and probably most important I dont want to feel trapped with NO release policy and I don't want to be LOA, LOA is NOT an OPTION

7 I don't want to move my Medicare contracts

I am hoping to hear from multiple people on this not just recruiters, I would lover to hear from people say I have been here and worked with so and so

You cannot get higher contracts than thru FEX

You cannot find a better selection of companies than thru FEX

You cannot find better training than thru FEX.

You cannot find better agent support than thru FEX.

You cannot find more lead options than thru FEX.

If you cannot succeed at FE sales thru FEX then you cannot succeed at FE.

If you sign up with FEX and find this to not be true they release you.

1. Shop around and compare commission schedules.
2. Maybe JD will help you on replacements. He's a replacement specialist.
3. Get Insurance Toolkit. It'll do the UW and quoting for you for Med Supps, FE and Term.
4. Run quotes to see who's competitive. You can use more yhan one FMO.
5. Corebridge has good term prices...and has good rates on GI FE.
6. Get it in writing that they release. I think most of the good ones do. Some even say it on their website.
7. You won't have to move your Medicare contracts...they aren't tied together, although a few companies like Aetna and Lifeshield have Med Supps and FE on the same contract. AFLAC and Cigna do too, but personally I won't use either one of them.

Replacement artist!

When I need to write term I just go to the term 4 sale site and see who has the best rates. Then write the closest one that I'm contracted with. I'm not contracting for a one off.

As for toolkit, it's great for rates. But for a new agent to use it for underwriting it's a quick way to a quick exit.

Are you writing Lifeshield's med supps?
