I was in a pretty sketchy neighborhood a few years ago. A young guy jumped me and stole the phone off my belt. It was old and not worth much, so no big loss. But the tackle exacerbated an old injury that still gives me trouble. Like I said before, if I had been paying better attention, I wouldn’t have let him get that close to me.

Seems like it all took a 180 once Covid hit. I like to deliver policies in person, if an option. I'll typically give the client the option for the Fact Finder. 8/10 times, over the phone is chosen.

Other than Liberty Bankers Home Service division are there any other debit companies left?
I still run across Kemper/ Reliable debit policies in Arkansas. They still have an agent come pick up their premiums.
Had an old client recently call me. She said she took out another policy with a Kemper agent, and he hasn't come by to pick up the premiums in the past couple of months. Wanted me to write her another policy to replace his.
