Your Process for Internet Leads

Several times I tried to contact with Bob by PM and skype, but there is no reply.. Is it normal for HometownQuotes.com to leave questions unanswered?

If you Skype me as an "invite" to accept you. Please identify yourself. Due to so much "porn" spam, I only accept folks I know. Or agents of course that we do business with or want to do business with us. Basically, need to know whom I'm dealing with.

Best way is to call or email me first. I have my Skype, AOL, Yahoo & Hotmail/MSN logos for folks to contact me also like with Skype. I only accept once I know who you are.

This month, April, I've been sick fighting pneumonia & moving...so I haven't been on the Forum much & did miss several emails/PM's on the site till a couple days ago. Sorry but could not be helped.

+1...good system.

But I'd also add: Call on your cell phone because the caller ID has your name vs: Allstate Insurance, SFarm, Klee Insurance Agency, etc. Guaranteed more people answer your cell phone if they ignore your office phone.

Auto Dialers work Great for internet leads also folks. Much better IMHO than punching the keys yourself. I know of at least 1 good system offered by a member from TN on this forum!

We have a team hired to call on the warm leads we buy. That's always been the most effective way to follow up with each one of them.

Yes, we are rolling it out next week at the Allstate Forum in Vegas. Then I'll post about it here on the forum.

I have a telamarketer that calls my leads over and over. She just calls till they answer. Some take a month. Its best to buy the cheepest lead. Usually Auto, or Renters and just cross sell. Home leads are usually higher. Just go with auto and cross sell Home if they have one.

I actually had the greatest amount of success with GL leads with these types of programs. Home and auto leads were overworked in my area.
