Of course the alternative argument for that is, how many times have you went somewhere to get a quote or free information, been asked to enter contact information, and then exited as soon as all those questions popped up.
I m sure someone can pass along their stats on how many complete contact forms, exit before completing forms, put in fake info, or fill an app online bc there was no contact info required up front. Be interesting to see.
<snip>
The first 5 "Get a Quote!" sites that came up all required me to enter Name/Phone/E-mail. Not sure what would happen next, because I closed the site, and kept going down the list of Google results until I found lucky site #6, that let me run a comparison quote.
I'm not sure about ACA-Express, but Health Sherpa doesn't ask for any info that's not needed to run the quote. If the prospect runs into problems, or has questions, my phone number is on the website.
What is troubling is that I've received no communication from Health Sherpa stating that they're ready for 2017 enrollment, the price, any new features, restrictions, etc.. Has anyone who used Health Sherpa in 2016 received a "We're ready for 2017" notification from them yet? We're only 12 days away from November 1st.
Allen,
As I posted prior, unlike any of your competitors, ACAExpress.com lets the AGENT CHOOSE how much info is required to see a quote. The options in the agent Org settings are:
A. Zip Code Only which means just that, to see a quote all they need to enter is their zip code.
B. Lead Collection in which they provide on the initial screen Name, Phone and Email. This info is then written to the database and the agent can then see in their Applicants list and follow up with later.
Sounds pretty cool there Kenny, quick question National General out of where?
Is it this Natl Gen Get a Quote, Policy Login, Make a Payment
so is your 2017 data up and ready to quote today??
Is there any way to eliminate the phone number in the Lead Collection mode? Name and email would be ideal.
Alas, not at this late juncture no.
My suggestion is to either try for a week with one option then a week with the other and compare results.
I do not have a report I can run which shows how many users choose each though a cursory glance shows many more choose lead collection mode.
Is there a default?
