Thanx for the kind words JD and everyone. I won't be anywhere close to that in 2016. Wanted to see what was possible but It was an exhausting year.

Just so you know.... 500k is unimaginable to everyone. Shoot for 100k and then go from there

Keep a stiff upper lip, shoulders high and keep it up and buy as many leads as you can afford. I started part time as well and last week I wrote $7000, my goal is usually around $3k to $4k, transition as you feel comfortable to make the leap, good luck!!
