Climate Change

They might not think it...but they've said it.

Are you sure about that? If they did say that, then they even wackier than I thought! That sounds more like something Trump would say about the Dems. Even so, for either one to say that about the other (or anyone else for that matter), is just stupidity at its finest!

I know this is tongue in cheek, but nobody thinks this.

NO, where I come from we call that a lie! And if you lie like that... then you'll lie and use fuzzy science as well.

Are you aware of the war against scientist who hold opposing view on this subject. They are not countered with good science based facts, they are just shouted down and given the "you must be a Trumpster" treatment. Many are in fear of their jobs if they speak up to loudly.

Most of us forget we are sitting on a ball of molten iron. So we sit on a supper heated ball of liquid metal and we revolve around a super heated ball of fire... and some how someone gets it in their noggin that we can change what's coming?

... I find it funny how people think they are so important and that their opinions matter so much that they can hold sway over the very forces of nature.

Example:

"While humans are strictly prohibited from living in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone, many other species have settled there. Brown bears, wolves, lynx, bison, deer, moose, beavers, foxes, badgers, wild boar, raccoon dogs, and more than 200 species of birds have formed their own ecosystem within the Chernobyl disaster area.Jun 20, 2019"

We fry an entire ecosystem with radiation and then what... a few years later... not thousands, not hundreds, but a few years later it is a thriving refuge for wild life.

But some how... if "little Johnny" learns how to recycle, live small, and vote green, we will be able to save the planet.

Well, the truth is the planet is going to swallow "little Johnny" up... just like it has swallowed up all of his relatives from the beginning of time. They lay rotting in the ground as a testament of the importance they placed on their own existence.:skeptical:

I always said the communist would come get me first and shoot me in the head, now I guess it will be the "Green Party."

Now I will step of my soap box and allow the tomato throwers their opportunity. ;)

Right, that's the loony-bin conspiracy theory. Not the nonsense claims that climate researchers made up anthropogenic climate change for some huge payout. Not the claims that the 97% consensus that humans are contributing to climate change is somehow a conspiracy in itself; that 97% of scientists who study climate at the highest level, for various independent entities, all got together to play a prank on the world. Imagine being an insurance agent and thinking you know more than the people who have studied this stuff for years, decades. Yes, I'm appealing to authority here...real authority. Keep funneling propaganda down your gullet, bud. Your children might be fine, but this is the type of head-in-the-sand ignorance that will leave your grandchildren a grim dystopia.
You are the exact example of the useful gullable idiots I was referring to.

Ashamed to say that we are from the same state. Proud to say that our state has been successfully run by conservatives for a quarter century. And, that Guilty Gillum lost last year, and that we finally got rid of Staple Face Nelson too!

Sounds to me like you would be happier in San Fransisco. Time for you to leave, I'll even pay for your one-way plane ticket!:laugh::laugh:
