Climate Change

You are the exact example of the useful gullable idiots I was referring to.

Ashamed to say that we are from the same state. Proud to say that our state has been successfully run by conservatives for a quarter century. And, that Guilty Gillum lost last year, and that we finally got rid of Staple Face Nelson too!

Sounds to me like you would be happier in San Fransisco. Time for you to leave, I'll even pay for your one-way plane ticket!:laugh::laugh:

First, it's spelled "gullible."

Second, I can tell you're beyond any reasonable discourse because your language is indicative of a mind addled with right wing propaganda. Little cutesie names for politicians y'all don't like and having a derangement that San Francisco is some bizarre bastion for alleged fringe ideas tell me that you have been haunting conservative echo chambers for a while.

Third, despite your clearly willful ignorance, I will give you an opportunity to dispute any claims that climate change is not, in part, anthropogenic.

I'm not ashamed that we're from the same state. I am ashamed of our state's quality of education which has evidently failed you.

How much of a part is the question. Almost as much as Elizabeth Warren is Indian??

Again same old tactics... forget the facts, attack the character or insult the intelligence or integrity of the person you are arguing with.

Now wait a minute....didn't Axeman call the Wizard an ***? Seems like a 2 way street here.

Your ignorance and lack of actual research really shows. Your only claim that Climate change, err global warming, err carbon pollution, err what ever y'all call it now, is real is that "authoritative people" say it is. Where are your actual facts? The studies don't even follow any real scientific method. They completely contradict any real facts, and bury any opposition research in the process (See climate-gate in late 2009 as just one example).

To believe in Climate Change, one must by default, believe that either a) God doesn't exist, or b) that God is so stupid in his design, that he would create a planet so easily destroyed by the very chemical that the creatures that inhabit the plant naturally breath out of their lungs.

But you probably don't think God exists :fibs:
Because "Climate Change" is your religion.

This very same chemical by the way, feeds the plants on the earth. Any carbon released into the atmosphere actually creates healthier, stronger plants! (and to think that most climate change conspiracy theorists want us to be vegetarians!! LOL) It is absolutely asinine to thinks that every breath we take is killing the planet.
Furthermore, more carbon-dioxide is actually the solution to our water problems. Plants actually can store water, and go longer periods of time between waterings if they absorb more carbon.
One would have to completely ignore 3rd grade science, in order to believe a conspiracy theory like "climate Change"!

But, unfortunately, gullible people like yourself, eat it up. People like you, actually believe people that do some mental aerobatics that says "the reason we are having record cold temperatures across the country, is because the Earth is getting so hot, that its making it cold!"

I mean, the lack of critical thinking is astonishing!

I feel very sorry for you. All of this, before even mentioning your amazing hypocrisy. If you truly believe in Climate Change/Sea Level rises, then why the H-E-Double Hockey Sticks, would you live in a state that will be "Under Water" in a decade???

:wacko::wacko::wacko:

Does it matter how much of a part if we can revamp or eliminate practices that trash the environment?

I'll insult character and integrity all day, but I have not insulted intelligence (at least in this thread). Facts don't work on folks like axeman. They might work on you though. I like the Chernobyl example you used. Yes, the effects of radiation have subsided enough for wildlife to live there. This is one environmental disaster of tens of thousands. Add up their impact on a global scale and sure, the planet still recovers eventually. Humanity? I'm not so sure. I'd like to at least see people make an attempt to preserve our species just a little longer. As for the "Little Johnny" example, our individual impacts are drops in the bucket. Most concerned citizens are pointing the fingers at environmental damage on an industrial and corporate scale (which, I realize individuals comprise). Would it be so terrible if governments were just a little more stringent with regulations to reduce environmental impact?

Lmao. We're done here.

If that's what you have to do to make yourself feel better about all this, so be it. Your talking points outline a very poor understanding of climate change and science in general. It really is a shame you were subjected to Florida's notoriously poor public education. I'm guessing 3rd grade is the last time you took a science class. I'm glad it gives you a sense of comfort to attribute the persistence of humanity to a benevolent creator, but it is the world view of a Luddite.

Oh yeah...I'm familiar with 'Climategate' too. I realize you probably don't have the reading comprehension or attention span to glean any real conclusion on 13 years worth of messages that hasn't been spoon fed to you via Fox & Friends. Some of them reveal that certain scientists aren't all niceties and flowers, but none of them change the scientific consensus on anthropogenic climate change.

LOL I thought you said we were done? LOL

no real, rebuttal there either. Just a bunch of Ad Hominem attacks.

I answered your question in post #31, with a well thought out response. (Obviously you were not expecting that, because I'm some back woods, Citrus County redneck). And you completely ignored it, and couldn't come up with a counter-argument.

All because, you cannot think for yourself. You take take what is spoon fed to you by Al Gore, and accept it - Never doing any real research, or reading yourself.

YOU LOSE!

Your plane tickets to San Francisco are in the mail.
