This is great news. I'll say nothing until we see it roll out. Thanks for the heads up.
How do you know it's great news if you don't know what it is? You gotta chill on the pimp!

I've probably sold more over the phone than you have. So you're the one wrong.
I get it you're recruiting now and gone over to the dark side but you won't get a pass from me on the BS.
Aetna is one of the worst eApps out there. And they are in the 10% range on instant approval.
And LBL's interview takes 40 minutes on average. Even according to them. But their rates are too high anyway.
But even if I had not sold over the phone I still know the business. That comment is just the old song and dance routine from the telesales recruiters.
JD I'm positive your on few Facebook groups . It's seems everyone of Facebook does $30 k a month min . I love the notes in sone of the fe groups . I took $250 of B leads and made $17 k . I'd say 50% of agents that make it one yr are recruiting . Hell Josh Jensen at efes even posts his deposits occasionally . All with free leads to get the recruits lathered up . The reason I asked you . You say one challenging thing on a group and your gone . It's all a love fest . You'd be gone in 30 seconds . Lmao
I'm not recruiting right now. I already have my hands full with the agents I have, I already said this. I am planting seeds and will be adding agents on slowly depending if it is a good fit. I have no immediate plans to put anyone else under me, currently. Obviously this will change.I've probably sold more over the phone than you have. So you're the one wrong.

I think that's awesome that you have sold more over the phone. I was convinced you were a face to face guy. My apologies if I was mistaken.
LBL has a 1 time phone interview on the agents first tele app. After that is a 5-7 minute voice sign. That's it. It's very quick.
10% instant approval ? I'd like see see the source, but yeah they don't always instantly approve. Their E app is fine, no 3rd party anything. It's quick, may not be the best for every client but it's a great company to have on the phone.

And, if they took your input on it then we have more reason to be excited.
Yeah , I have 2 agents who asked me to train them. I said ok. They are both local. I've had other people ask me to help them. I have a YouTube channel for free that agents use. I schedule free calls with agents not under me to help.I'll give you an example of a name
Agents you already have ? Didn't you leave the business a few yrs ago and just come back recently ? Lol already recruiting . The allure to make money off others is so great .
company trips and top producer awards aren't needed to be a good coach..... Since you asked...I'm not on facebook at all. But I've heard about that crap. Everyone is doing $500K a year part time.
That's one reason I've always implored agents to ask the recruiter what company trips they have earned on their own pen. That's an easily verified claim. Companies love to brag on their trip earners.
That's when you get crickets. There's one guy that claims to have done $300K as his best year. And many $200K years but he's never once qualified for a company trip on personal production. How is that possible?
I asked another one a couple years ago if anyone ever asked for verification of his number, {because I knew for a fact that he had never done the production he was claiming}, he replied honestly with "never!".
I guess you can claim anything if no one ever checks. Or even care enough to check.
