E-64 Lead Quality Question

It may have been for Billy, but I could certainly benefit from it too! Not familiar with Lee's internet leads. What sets them apart?

I have tried everything to get a constant flow of leads in the last few months. Placed an order for 20 TM 2 weeks ago and have received 15 and so far with no sales from them. The order prior to this one of 20 I only sold 2. I ordered 70 Avatar leads from Primatech and sold 3. I purchased 19 press 1 leads from Lead Jerk and sold 1. I bought 10 internet leads from Customized Quotes and sold 0. I was ordering fixed priced DM leads and the return was so low that the vendor told me he could not continue mailing. I don't know what to do because nothing works in my area.

Well at least you made some sales. Who did you get the TM leads from, those should have produced well for ya.

When you called for appointment did use a generic script or did you ask lots of questions?

Im talking about Billy. ....he has bought 134 leads and wrote 6 (his own admission). All I'm saying is more leads won't fix his problem.

Some areas produce very little leads, that includes all leads, count your blessings!!

I sold six out of 16 E-64 leads w 4 more coming in. Sometimes it's the Indian not the arrow.

And that's not really fair to say either(at least in this situation). Kicking a guy while he's down that is trying to do the right thing isn't appropriate.

I got in 30 fresh DM leads a month or so ago...I wrote a whopping $400AP off of it. Sometimes you get a bad batch of leads...it happens and is part of the business. Maybe it was me that had an off week OR maybe it was a bad batch...it happens.

As the preeminent user of the Indian and arrow metaphor, I'll say that Billy definitely needs a little guidance, but I don't see the need to berate him with insults. I'm glad you wrote 6 out of 16, I've written 12 out of 15 with E-64's...I've also written 2 out of 20...your sample size is waaaay to small to even matter.

I agree. It just seemed everyone jumped this guys butt about the leads before they realized he was actually trying...I know every recruiter on here wants an agent that is willing to spend that kind of money to try and make it work...

Mainly the reason I wasn't an ahole to the guy...he's trying...not just yitching about his bad luck.

His sales rate is 4.5% off the leads, overall isn't that reasonable for being new?

You don't need to tell me about a bad batch. Got lucky w 350/mo premium on 2 cases. Btw I'm in one of the states w bad returns.
