E-64 Lead Quality Question

I agree. It just seemed everyone jumped this guys butt about the leads before they realized he was actually trying...I know every recruiter on here wants an agent that is willing to spend that kind of money to try and make it work...

Mainly the reason I wasn't an ahole to the guy...he's trying...not just yitching about his bad luck.

Well if he's eager to share his process from lead to door and door to table to identify snags, I'd classify him as trying. Or at the minimum, if he's convinced that the area is bad he'd have a reason or two figured to complain about as to why. (also moves things in the right direction) I'm not sold he's trying.

I like JDs message though about consistency when working a process. That'll give something to work with when evaluating a sample.

Sounds like to me he just needs to get in front of more of his leads. Simple solution is to get a tad bit better at setting appts. Easier said than done sometimes.

Way easier said than done. I can set more appointments using a SS card after qualifying for funds than I can for fe right now, because I'm new to the process. He told us leads and sales but does he have an appointment # to share? I didn't see one.

Alright...you're trying and I appreciate that.

Not that it's a big secret but here's the answer to your question a few weeks back. I get a price commitment, I don't give price options. After I find the reason I'm there I will get a price commitment within 5 minutes. If I can't get that then I am usually out the door.

As you probably figured, I was sort of joking about the 'big secret' since I know there's different ways to get the payment commitment. I find your approach to be intriguing, and one I have not tried yet. Thanks for sharing, that wasn't so hard now was it.

And if its a single man Im usually out the door in 90 seconds.

Lol...it's not for the faint of heart. JG laughed at me and said, "dude, you don't even do a warm up or personal commercial...you just go for it"

That's pretty much it...

But Im the king of the cool down when they dont buy:D On a side note I didnt ask for any reasons why I was there this week. I just assumed the reason, worked well and shaved at least 5 mins off the appt....10 mins if the prospect is mouthy.

Hey Hey Hey, that sounds familiar :)

I'm convinced that the 3 reasons are GREAT for new agents but a time waster for an experienced agent.
