I explained it to you. There are no alternate facts. The science is the science.

All you are saying is if someone stops eating they will lose weight. Well, of course lol!

What I am saying it that someone can 2000 calories per day of bacon and drop weight easily, but if the same person eats 2000 calories of donuts each day he will eventually get fatter and fatter.

Calories in-Calories out is not the explanation for eight gain. The type of calorie - whether it is sugar or meat - is all that matters.

Read Good Calories Bad Caloires by Gary Traub.

You are dead wrong.
Are we assuming that this fictional person is not burning any calories?

This is the science at the foundation of the Bacon Diet.

One note about this to the "Bacon Boys." My Dad, a Type 2 diabetic, but not really heavy at all, ever had his gallbladder removed last January. He was given a list of foods he's not supposed to eat ever again. Before that, insisted on eating scrambled eggs, toasted and cooked meat every day for breakfast.

Guess who ate bacon Christmas morning and lived to regret it? I expect years from now, there will be a lot of Keto dieters who suffer from this same fate. Cooked, processed meat daily is not good for you, I firmly believe.

And I think they blame smoked meat for contributing to pancreatic cancer, too.
Answer my question.

When an individual is fat, who is to blame?
Their parents? Could be in the genes.

Nope. None of those remove blame from a fat person for being fat.

A fat person is fat because they eat too many calories and don't move enough.

Telling them otherwise enables their bad behavior. They need to be told they are the issue and only they can change it.
I was fat until DayTimer turned me on to the Keto Diet/Lifestyle. I trust what he says. He helped me lose 40 pounds and cured my COPD. Bacon cures everything...it's the Duct Tape of food.

Wrong

They see stuff like what you posted and feel so depressed and stuck and give up

They see stuff like @DayTimer posted and think Hey there is a reason why I struggle and here look there is another way to get free with some of the tools he mentioned and get hope

The moral to the story is eat Bacon
Yep, people need to be edcated about WHAT to eat.

The bacon isn't the problem, IMO. The problem is the chemical additives and processes used to produce it more cheaply. I buy uncured bacon to avoid these. Same with sausage and beef jerky. Most grocery store brands are loaded up with nitrites, nitrates, and MSG as flavor enhancers. The uncured versions are more expensive, but MUCH healthier.

The study cited even has a paragraph acknowledging this: "Processed meats, including sausage, pepperoni, bacon, ham, smoked turkey, and hot dogs, often contain nitrates and nitrites, which have been tied to cancer."
