Doesn't he? Here's a screen shot from his LinkedIn profile. What do you think "Executive Leadership Team" means?

I'm pretty sure he only shares his opinions on things. He appears to be a spokesperson also. Trust me, Ron and Robert decide what SL will and will not do. But like any good businessman they like to hear other views and opinions on things.

Then what purpose does he serve?

He's probably on a committee that discusses things like:
_How the FE business has changed in the last 5 years.
_How will the FE business be different in 5 years? 10 years?
_How will new technology change the FE industry?
_How can we make our opportunity more attractive to our agents?
_How can we make our opportunity more attractive to the competitions' agents?

This is just an educated guess.
He appears to be one of many spokespersons for SL.

If it's that important to you why don't you call and ask them? You're majoring in the minors.

Unbelievable, you are mentally handicapped for real! Did I initiate a conversation with you? NO, I did not! You initiated a conversation with me, to which I responded. Play games with your kids, not me.

Have you already forgot your post #98 earlier in this thread? My response was to your post.
Have a great day.

Not important to me.. I don't rep SL... If I did, I might be concerned. And, I am not majoring in anything.. Just having a discussion about the FE business..

Greg, in that video Steve does make it sound like the 150% level is very achievable for an agent. I have to assume that's not the case and will take HUGE volume. Is an agency the size of yours going to be at the 150% level or will it take more than that?

Oh, it is very achievable for the average agent... Only takes 18,000,000.00 per year in production to get 150%.... :)

If I were considering contracting, my question would be, if your production drops do you go back down on the schedule level?

Why are you guys always so negative up here?

Why are you the only person who ever complains the forum is negative?

The forum is not negative. Individuals are negative to you.

This forum was designed, I'm guessing here, to be a place to share ideas on how to make more income faster and to do a little socializing.

Indeed, which is why someone like you who has never done anything other than spam lame recruiting efforts for one of the worst employers in the market in as many threads as he can elicits a negative response.

It's not the forum. It's you. But of course, you are never going to post here again, so...

Given how SL likes to hand out titles as a substitute for compensation (I mean, sell a single policy and your title is "Agency Owner" - close $60K a year and you're a "Regional Sales Director" LOL), "Executive Leadership Team" probably means he cleans the restrooms.

That's cool. You're retired and should only be majoring in fishing, reading, family, and hanging around this water cooler...lol.

Steve may be making it sound easy but in reality it's not easy. You have to issue $1,500,00 in one month. To me it is designed to attract huge agencies from the competition. Heck, no one should expect 150% to be easy to get. It's obvious to me this is to appeal to the mammoth sized agencies, not the individual broker. That would be a faster way to grow.

I'm certainly not issuing anywhere near that amount....yet.
But at least 150% is being offered. I've not heard anyone up here mentioning other carriers offering 150%. Maybe there are?
