Facebook Lead Appointment's

Don't over think it. FE is very simple but also takes hard work. Like JD said next week's appointments will not be in place. Make appointments ONLY for one day out, 2 days if you're calling Sat for Mon appointments.

Who lead you to believe setting appointments one week out would be ok, or even normal? Our advice is coming from a lot of FE experience.

I am just not communicating this well they are Facebook leads that are self booking filling out link

They come in and get a text and set themselves up for appointment
I am understanding I should not wait for there appointment

I was just simply asking what is the approach what is the angle

I had one today get annoyed I called after she booked for next week

So I was just asking how is this approached verbiage that kind of thing

And from people who specifically have leads self booking
And Have experience with this specifically

No one is making appointments themselves. You have been sold a bill of goods.

Today I had a bunch, which is unusual to get a bunch but I do get them

but it does happen, They get a text message right away I send them my digital buis card and my appointment link

Then they get an email

and then they get a series of these

In fact I had one lead I had not spoke to was from the beginning of last week
She booked on my link on tues eve for wends morning

I sold both her and her husband

I know I dont want to wait

And calling and saying you booked with me next week so I am just calling you now just did not go over well with one today

Call them with the mindset that they made the appt right for right then “ Ms jackson I’m calling about a form you just filled out 1 min ago for information about final expense/burial products . I’m Vic and I’ll be helping you today . If they say they made the appt for a week from now say “ Oh I’m sorry it must be a glitch in the calendar as it said to call you immediately .Since i have you on the phone it will only take a few mins . The bottom line if you get off the phone right then there’s a 99.9% chance you never talk to them again .

Its not NOT the answer I want though
Its the whole conversation is not about what it is supposed to be
I am asking specifically about an approach to something

and that is NOT once been addressed

its not like I did not like the answer it just wasn't addressed

Actually you did I should have read your post through the first time
it just started off like the others and after reading the other 2 I assumed you were saying the same nonsense
