Final Expense IMO's for a Beginner

JD has flaws in spades. But I have never known him to be dishonest. Now, you may not agree with his viewpoint on a subject and he certainly has his own take, but a flat out lie would be rather unlike JD.

Personally, I think the welfare case had to be pretty difficult for him. He was always a discipline of Travis, and for that to come out had to hurt. Yes, she is innocent until proven guilty, but it definitely looks bad.

I have only known for sure about him being dishonest about one thing. That's me! He doesn't know me from Adam but yet he was always trying to say things about how I never was a producer etc. He actually called me a liar several times and when I finally called him out for blatantly making stuff up about me, he told me I wouldn't call him a liar to his face. That's just proved there was one more thing he doesn't know about me!

So yes, I know for a fact that he has straight out lied at least a few times.

Jd has said a lot of things that aren't true, specifically about individuals. But I think he believes what he is saying so it wouldn't make him a liar, just ignorant.

I think that is perfectly accurate. He may be wrong, and I think he often is. But he truly believes it. That isn't be a liar, it is just being wrong.

I've often said to myself. I'm ok with being wrong, I'm not ok with being a liar. If I am mistaken, I'm mistaken. I'm wrong, but to intentionally be untrue is not acceptable.

Nah, he made things up about me. He doesn't know me and has no way of finding out what I did or didn't do in my past, so he made it up. That's a lie 100% of the time. I don't care if he believed it or not after he made up, he still made it up.

I call BS especially in AZ. Your #'s are not possible long term you might have a week or 2 of setting that many appointments off 20 to 25 leads but not long term. Guys like you screw up new agents. But it is a good recruiting tactic.
Well hello you too lol.
I'd be more than happy to take you on a ride along and train you for a week, no sense in doubting I'll just demonstrate it.

That would be cool, but AZ is a little far for me, why not video the 20 leads and then you calling the 20 leads and only those 20 leads so we can see you get 7-8 appointments for each of those days you work, then video the applications after your appointment that match with the leads and the checks to prove they are real sales. You do that and you have my praise and belief for sure and I will recomend you to all new agents on this forum.

I am in no way affiliated with Jose. I make no money off him. But I watched him put up those numbers every week last year, except for the two months he took for vacation. It's legit. It was annoying as someone who was trying to keep up with him all year, but legit.
I'm sure you doubt but anyone that knows me will say the same...someone has to be telling the truth

Jose is the real deal. It's always hard for new people to tell the real producers from the posers on these forums. But Jose is a producer in anyone's book. Easy to prove. With KSKJ alone he was the #1 agent in the country 2017. And he writes a lot of other companies too.

It's been a rare week lately that he doesn't write around $10,000 and he has definitely taken 20 leads weekly for the years he has been with us. Not many of our agents take more than 20 or 25. And everyone knows that many of them produce very big numbers.

Jose has done it the right way. Become a solid producer BEFORE you start your agency. Too many people recruit because they think it's easy money. But if you don't have the real knowledge and some history of success you aren't going to be able to lead agents to success either.

Jose is ready to launch. He's got a great personality and definitely has the chops to teach you how to recreate what he does.

You gotta believe somebody friend...like I say no trouble at all to show you.

oh i see, I think I know where the disconnect is. I do get 20 leads a week but I dont Just call those 20. I keep calling through the 20 from prier week, and the week before, and so on, but iI dont stop calling until i get my 7.

Sometimes this takes 11 calls sometimes it takes 70 calls but i get my 7.
