Final Expense IMO's for a Beginner

It is not hiding it is an open forum that does NOT require my real name, I don't recruit and I don't throw out my numbers to try and prove my worth or again recruit, if I did then my name should be all over it so that I can PROVE what I say.

Why is the question so hard to answer, is it because it would prove that this business is not based on 20 leads per week, it is based on always having 50 to hundred every week to call. Now it starting to seem you are trying to hide something.
After a period of time, you have that many people to call even if you are only buying 20 fresh leads per week.. Not sure why that would be so hard to understand???

Ha! hold on friend, I'm typing and doing other things too.
Ok so, I don't call every day only 2,3 times a week so on those days that I sit down to call and set my appointments again sometimes I set in 11 calls sometimes 100 but even if it took 1000 calls I would no one said pimppin was easy. I hope this helps you setting your appointments.
I like that whatever it takes how ever many leads it takes, just get it done.

I call leads maybe 4,5 times over a couple weeks if no answer I write PV (pay visit) on it and put in different pile for door knock.
If they answer I can usually tell if their trash. If they just wont set an appointment I will not call anymore but I will doorknock when I'm in the area after talking in person if its a dud I trash it.

You are the one making zillions but I'll tell you that isn't the way I would do it. I would call that lead 4 or 5 times a week for a month and then throw it in the trash.

Because the first, second and third pass was I only get 20 leads per week and set 16 appointments a week and make 30K per month, working 2 days in the field. Most new agents would read that and think, I am going to order 20 leads and make $7k. JD used to do the same damn stuff. I understood it, you understood it because we are old and been in the biz a long time. I also know why he said like he did especially as a recruiter.

Probably a good way too just preference. I have closed some MONSTER deals on people that would just not answer the phone, heck the phone was ringing while I was there writing their application lol

Also if my leads ever dried up I can work all those I never got a hold of sometimes you just cant get to them all. I heard somewhere "a lead is not dead until the person who sent it is " so I keep them. Now again once I met with them once and was dud I trash for sure.

Yes but I don't hide my name, I want people to know who I am. Maybe I just don't see the point in screen names JMO:nah:
And I didn't mean to call you out on this. I just find it annoying when people are not just asking questions. They trash people and act like they know something the rest don't, But they do it behind the curtain. That's wrong.
You know what I mean..

Completely understand, and I appreciate your candor.

Every FE agent keeps their older leads and continues to call them. To use that as the secret sauce to your outrageous numbers is asinine. The leads that don't answer after 10 total dials statistically have a very low percentage of ever answering... from 11-40 dials it increases your percentage of getting them to answer once by a few %. I tracked all these metrics with my telesales team with over 9,000 fresh leads over an 8 month period. After not getting an answer after 10 dials, it is statistically very hard to get someone to pick up the phone. Which is why your numbers just don't add up.

You might get an appointment every here and there from continuing to dial old leads but it wouldn't be as many as you claim unless you're dialing hundreds and hundreds of leads in a predictive dialer or something. It's possible that you are doing that...but it would take you so much time that at that point it would be more worth your time to just simply buy more leads.
