The only answer to your poll that is correct is 'No Value'. Agents who don't have a website simply don't see the value in it, case closed.

No time - easily solved, hire it done.
No money - Hmm, really? How are you getting business? Find a way.
Legal scares me - It should.
Captive and cant - Captive agents I know all have websites. They may not like them, but they have them. They usually have no control though.

If you see value in it, you'll make it happen! It really is that simple.

My son there are some mysteries known only to the great founder of the forum that should not be questioned by mere participants. However, I would say that I have enjoyed a more tranquill forum. Not totally so since we still have Rick and others.
