It's Rgi targeting the people who've responded in the past to get a higher return I have no doubt . They have 10 plus yrs of data and mailed many area 30 plus times . I'm sure when they pull new lists to mail areas with current data it's matching up names to anyone who's mailed a card back in in the past 5 yrs . So they know many are serial mailers and they can count of them mailing more to pad the respond rate .
Doug I agree but some places you can't get fixed cost or even threw an Rgi the IMO can and will "carve" out the agent in the tough area as to not affect his overall price for all his agents .Example I know a guy in Greenville ,Sc that pays $43 a lead with Rgi under an IMO.
In the past, I have averaged about 14 per thousand (not that I have ordered that many times) Did switch counties this time..Most vendors will do that . Your in a terrible dm area it's that simple . If you get 10 cards back your knocking out of the park
