Probably, unless they have already adjusted the renewals to fit. I'm just guessing here though. It's really hard to figure it out unless you know all the numbers.

Also the commission couldn't have dropped from &600 to $400 in CA, Also don't they have to send notice when there is a commission change If so the agent should have known a chargeback is coming.

There is only one thing I have found carriers excel at, getting any money owed them. Everything else seems secondary, especially when dealing with agents.
