Hi all! This is Ning from HealthSherpa. I wanted to announce a few quick things relevant to the conversation above:
1) Our application flow is the fastest available for OEP (~5 minutes on avg). There is no double redirect to Healthcare.gov. We have discussed our implementation with CMS and we are completely in compliance. We will also have payment integration in place for OEP.
2) Every agent gets a whitelabeled site with a link, which they can either send out to clients or host. Consumers visiting your site get the same, lightning fast enrollment experience.
3) Our agent dashboard is a complete CRM, allowing you to track, view details and export your book of business. We also have allow agencies with multiple agent logins, with the agent administrator able to view all subagent enrollments.
4) We have no monthly minimums or setup fees - pay as you go for each successfully submitted application. In addition, when you refer another agent to HealthSherpa, and they run an enrollment, you get a $5 credit. No limits - if you get enough credits, you can basically use our service for free.

We apologize for this. ACAExpress.com was fairly aggressive in marketing on HealthSherpa threads, so we felt the need to address some of their claims. We encourage giving our product a try - it is free to sign up and evaluate. The consumer link has by far the highest conversion rate of any of the agent tools available out there.
How about we get annoyed with the 4(?) posters who started Sherpa threads, when one would have been sufficient?
Most people are probably only following one thread, so Ning didn't have a lot of options to answer their questions.
I tried out the updated Health Sherpa this afternoon and was impressed, you can actually complete the whole application right through to submission.
You can do the entire app as practice no enrollments until OEP

I want to know how long it takes to get the SUBSIDY ELIGIBILITY LETTER. In one of the other HealthSherpa threads, Russell said that it took 2 hours for it arrive.
An applicant needs that subsidy $$$ amount before picking a plan to buy. I'm not going to sit there and eat dinner with a family for 2 hours while we wait for that letter to arrive in the e-mail from HealthSherpa.
One of us needs to do a S.E.P. enrollment on HealthSherpa and report back.
