How is AEP going?

Smooth sailing. I didnt think It would be bad, and it's not.

Next year though...who knows. Coming up on only 4th AEP it's clear to me no one's safe every year with a guaranteed "easier" year, and thats fine.

Last year was harder than this year for me. Simpy bc of plan # changes.

Hope everyone in Miltons path stays safe. Looks like a nasty one on radar.

Congrats on making it to year 4! most agents don't make it this far!

it'll get a little busier with every passing year until to get to a point to where either hit an economic ceiling where you simply cannot handle any more clients by yourself, or you don't want any more.

At which point AEP and your business will be in "maintenance mode" where you basically go sideways with your business, and spend your free time with other ventures, or you expand and grow your business into an actual agency by hiring staff and accumulating more customers.

There is no wrong answer here. Its a matter of preference.

Ty! Been building at a great pace. Now I'm wanting to take it easy this AEP, not setting any high goals, only going with the flow. The last 3 were almost too busy for me at my mid life age. lol I need to take it slow this AEP or I'd get burned out. lol It's been a whirlwind the past 3 years.

I appreciate the nice words, Axe. The foundation is established now and have taken on agents and building out that way. The overrides are building enough for me to notice it now and it's working out (knock on wood that overrides stick around), even if it is slow going on that front. Getting regular referrals to keep me happy, and doing more and more FE/LI

I love the free time idea...I definitely take that one to heart.
