Cool. Thanks. I have done FE Facebook leads before in NY and I have seen what works in other states doesnt always work in New York for some reason (images used for Facebook etc.) From the vendors I used you get leads but the quality wasnt always there and being capped at 90% commissions doesnt always make it worthwhile after calculating ROI. That's just my experience however.

I hear you. Commissions definitely play a role. Giving up 20-30 points can really have an impact upon profitability.
