Issues Contracting with EFES

Speaking from personal experience here, i HAVE tested that and they will not grant a release. why is that jdeasy?

What i will also tell you, is that if they wont release me then chances are of them releasing anyone is about 0.0 %

Not true, them not releasing you has nothing to do with anyone else. I also know of people who have been released. Due to the way they train a lot of new agents and they subsidize lead costs they don't seem to grant them very often but it does happen.

thx 360. well that does make sense except for 1 thing: i never bought leads from them. and training - not really.

So what else could be keeping them from releasing me?

They don't have Settlers Life, 5-Star Life, LaFayette Life, Baltimore Life, Standard Life, GPM Life and probably two dozen others.

So if any agent thinks that ANYONE can hold them captive in FE sales...he's not trying too hard.

Back to the EFES thing, I can tell you from experience that EFES will NOT under any circumstance give you a release. Ever.

Not true. I contracted with them about 4 years but Travis decided that he didn't want to work with me. Now I realize that unless I was willing to work full-time it wouldn't be worth his effort. (The not returning phone calls in NOT excused).

However, I did receive a release without any problem. All I needed to do was send a fax with my reason. Which basically was that Travis didn't want to train.

But if someone contracted and never used their services, the lack of agreeing to release is 100% dishonest in my book.

true words indeed.

that is to say if one were to continue selling fe, which in this case I am not.

so,

not competing, no leads, no training, no debit balance and no release = ??????? a whole lotta questions

similarly, eventhough i really liked the efes guys, you could also say that anyone saying efes is the 'only way to go' with same or more expensive lead cost, avg quality of leads and lower commish also isnt "trying very hard"

They don't release as a rule, but rules are broken sometimes. As for you, why do you even care about a release if you are not going to work the market anyway?

So what youre saying is they have a rule that they dont release anyone? (sounds kindve like what i was saying).

And that the only way you can get a release is if they break their rules?

How is that the same as

Not true. I know for a factt hat they have granted releases in some cases. I also believe I would be released if I asked for one. Haven't had a reason to test that, but that's what I believe.

?

So lets say we're in the 'some cases' here

is there a better case than someone who doesnt have any debit balance, minimal training, and never bought a single lead?

I would become the biggest pain in their ass. They would beg me to leave. Change to as earned. Write some very small policies. call them, call them, call them. Have them mail you materials. Get on their conference calls. Ask LOTs of questions.

Servitude: : a condition in which one lacks liberty especially to determine one's course of action or way of life. Servitude - Definition and More from the Free Merriam-Webster Dictionary

Who was it that would not release you. Name names.
