No worries. Should be some interesting statewide races in Tennessee today.
Did you know, Tennessee is one of the few states that require people to live in the portion of the state that corresponds to their politics?
Never heard that one.. However, middle and westerntend to be democrat becsue they were the area that had a large slave population prior to the Civil War.. East TN is Republican and even tried to form as a separate state with Knoxville as the capitol in an effort not to succeed from the US.. I often wonder if all the folks here that are flying the Confederate Battle Flag are aware of their true history.

There use to be and perhaps still is a large Confederate Battle Flag flying next to I-40 near Cookeville. You have to wonder if the owner is from the area and really knows history.

It's a fraternal that is sold as a low ball replace type and agents who sell it definitely don't do a good job of explaining what a fraternal is. It has always annoyed me how most agents respond to facts being spoken about fraternals too. It's a certificate. You also have to be baptized for them (the client). Kskj top agent didn't even know that and swears up and down it says policy on the front so it has to be a policy.
I do like the limits on advances though. Price is good. Please don't replace if you aren't selling it correctly.
