My Medicare Advantage Experience Thus Far...

Hey Matt, I would like to remain neutral here. You know I'm with EFES, but you also know I respect you, and you've helped me out since I joined the forum, both through the forum and on the phone, and you're obviously an amazing producer. When the TT thing went public, I was so new to EFES that I had no leads yet, I was waiting on contracts, etc. So I was doing training and ride alongs and reading the EFES group chat through the day. I can't say whether or not someone did or did not tell agents to do what your insider tells you was said, because I can't say I read every post that occurred at that time. But I can say that there was very little mention/discussion of the TT situation in the group chat. A few folks said "did your hear?" and "I can't believe it" but other than that most folks just kept their heads down and kept grinding out door knocks and appointments and sales. As someone new to EFES but with almost two years of forum experience, I was actually surprised by the almost absence of any mention of it. Ben and the leaders I pay attention to stayed focused on business and did not let FEX's mess become a distraction at all. Of the hundreds of agents posting questions to the group chat daily, I do not recognize many from the forum. I can't say that what your source claims didn't happen. But I just wouldn't want you or other folks here to have the impression that there was any gloating or mass glee over TT's troubles among the EFES agents. It was really non-event at EFES, as far I could tell.

Kiss ass much?

I have given EFES 14 years of my career and the only thing I want to make very clear is we don't serve "kool-aid" at EFES...

I specifically tell every agent I have EVER spoken to that if you are looking for motivation to be successful or how to be a millionaire to go look for an agency that does serve "kool-aid" we work with entrepreneurs here and that is the type of self generator we want to do business with.

At the end of the day agents can go anywhere to get contracts and they can go almost anywhere for leads (time will tell if the leads work). Agents go where they will be more successful and how to stay in business... anyone who has recruited knows its easy to see a new agent have ONE good week in selling FE, but its hard to show an agent how to consistently be successful year in and year out; why is that? Because what we all do is hard!

All I think Brandon was trying to show other agents is another way to make sure you can stay in business. I have seen Peter help out seasoned vets over the last countless months and these are agents that would be successful with or without the medicare integrated into their business... but the agent that is borderline going out of business this medicare integration may be the one thing to keep them in business.

Naw, not really. This room was the FEX room for a couple years and some other EFES guys would complain that they were being bullied by them (and JD specifically). Now this forum has turned into the EFES room and there’s always the same 5 or 6 kool-aid drinkers “liking” eachothers posts and patting eachother on the back. Ironically, here they are trying to pile on at every chance. An inside connection was sending me screen shots of their groupme chat room When the Travis Tubbs thing was going down. One of the “Builders” was telling their agents to create “fake pseudonyms” and tear Travis a new one here on the Forum.

Also what you won’t hear is Ben’s boss has had to sign over 20 releases in the last month or so of guys leaving Ben & EFES to come to us.

How many jackals does it take to take down a lion?

I’m done with this thread. PILE ON FELLAS

Happy Easter to ALL!

Everyone serves their own style of Kool aid and it is nothing to be ashamed of unless you can't see life outside your kool-aid.

In fact, I feel a lot of agents don't succeed because they don't drink enough Kool aid. You gotta go balls to the wall, all in, to be successful in FE.

Any organization worth being a member has a flavor of Kool-Aide, and anyone who says they don't is either lying or not an organization worth joining.

The only question is, how palatable is it to you and how heavily do they spike it? Because if people don't believe in the group and believe in its message, just how much a member are they?

My favorite flavor of Kool - Aid is Root Beer. They haven't made it for a long time, so I don't drink much Kool - Aid anymore. Maybe that's why I'm Independent.
